Marcus’s interest in art, gathered momentum after painting with acrylics on canvases, and using several materials, such as glass, metal, clay, and stone. His never-ending curiosity has him constantly exploring with new mediums and materials which has brought him to the stage he is now at. The application of masks on, used, skateboards has brought a uniqueness to his art.
In the last three years, Marcus’s art has taken on a new form with incorporating masks on broken skateboards, records, and such has given new life to what would only be put in the landfills. Multi materials used in his art usually found or donated from old stereo parts to broken instruments.
